bring the film to a theater near you
and fundraise for your cause or organization
Did you know you can bring our film to a theater near you for a one time screening? The screening may also serve as a fundraiser for your cause or organization. National Coming Out Day is in October, a great month to host a screening of The Year We Thought About Love. We’re partnering with Tugg.com to offer a hosting process that’s easy and risk-free to the promoter (aka the person organizing the screening).
Tugg’s Promoter Walkthrough will guide you through the process of hosting a screening and getting the most out of your event!
The process is simple:
Fill out the Event Request Form to pick the date, time, and place for your special screening.
Once theater approves the request (which takes 1-2 weeks) you can begin selling tickets on your personalized Event Page.
Sell enough tickets before the event deadline to confirm your screening. If you don’t meet this “Threshold,” no one will be charged and your event will be called off.
Sit back and enjoy the movie with your community!
